24 Days of Faith with Elf on the Shelf: New Daily Cards + Free Printable 2025
The Christmas season can feel fast-paced and full of to-dos, especially for parents juggling family rhythms, the busyness of the holidays, and the desire to disciple their children. Here at Rowe+Rinn Co, we believe every everyday moment is an opportunity for faith, and this year we’re thrilled to introduce a brand-new 24-day roadmap + printable cards for your Elf on the Shelf tradition — purposely designed to help you raise God-centered children without the overwhelm.
Introducing 24 Days of Faith with Elf on the Shelf
Our daily faith-based Elf on the Shelf activity brings more than just fun to your family traditions — it transforms each morning into a moment to share the story of Jesus’ birth. From December 1st to Christmas Eve, your Elf will guide your kids through simple, meaningful setups that reflect key parts of the Nativity story, each paired with a Bible verse to point their hearts back to Jesus.
Picture your little ones’ excitement as they discover their Elf reminding them of God’s love — one day holding a shining star that leads to Bethlehem, the next kneeling at the manger where baby Jesus lies. Every setup becomes a hands-on, joy-filled way to celebrate the true reason for the season and keep Christ at the center of your Christmas countdown.
Each daily card includes three elements:
Day # & Theme Title — a short, memorable prompt (e.g., “Star Hunt,” “Living Water,” “Wrapped in Love”)
Bible Verse — a curated Scripture to go with the theme
Kid-friendly Saying — one sentence you can read together that drives the truth home
And of course, every day comes with its own setup prompt you can quickly do with your Elf — minimal prep, maximum meaning.
Each day’s activity is designed to be simple, fun, and, most importantly, Christ-centered. You don’t need any elaborate supplies — just a little creativity and a heart to disciple your kids through everyday moments. It’s a perfect way to weave the Christmas story into your family’s daily routines without adding extra stress or complexity.

Why this matters:
Helps busy parents: You don’t have to come up with new ideas each morning. The daily card is ready.
Age-appropriate: The language is simple enough for young children and opens up natural conversations for older ones.
Seamless discipleship: It doesn’t require adding a whole new activity block. The Elf can simply show up in the morning and the discussion happens at breakfast, in the car, or during snack time.
Focus on Jesus: While the Elf adds the fun, the Scripture keeps the focus on why we celebrate Christmas — the birth of Christ.
How to use it with your family
Download and print the 24 daily cards (two options: full sheets or smaller gift-tag size).
On December 1st, place the Elf in the designated setup for Day 1 and display Card #1 next to them.
Each morning, invite the kids to read the “theme” line and verse together. Then talk about the saying — maybe ask a simple question like, “How can we follow God’s path today?”
Proceed with your day and come back to the card during dinner or before bedtime — revisit the verse or ask what it meant to them.
Continue through December 24, ending with the Elf finding baby Jesus and your family celebrating the real Gift of Christmas.
