DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Purchases of our digital products, including all printables and EBOOKS, are deemed “used” after download or opening, and all digital purchases made on www.RoweRinnCo.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since these products are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

You are able to return books or unwashed, unworn apparel items within 30 days for a refund. Items not eligible for return are sale items marked as "Final Sale", washed or worn merchandise, hats, socks, or drinkware. A $7 fee for the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund. All you need is your order number. Then contact us at contact@rowerinnco.com with your info and reason for return and we will process it for you.

THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS

Some products linked on our website may be sold through third-party retailers, including Amazon. If you purchase a product through one of these links, all returns, exchanges, and customer service inquiries must be handled directly through the retailer where the purchase was made.
